The Yellow Cab Birthday Treats Promo is open to all Philippine residents, ages 18 years old and above and has completed the registration at Yellow Cab´s Official Facebook Page.

To join the promo:

1. Go to Yellow Cab Pizza Co´s Official Facebook Page
2. Click "LIKE"
3. Click "REGISTER" and Complete the Registration Form
4. Click "SUBMIT" and wait for your successful registration notification

• Only complete registration forms will qualify for the promo.
• You will receive an e-mail notification from Yellow Cab Pizza Co. on or before your birth month with the following information:
• Your birthday treat coupon
• Your preferred Yellow Cab branch where you can claim your birthday treat
• To redeem your birthday treat:
• On your birth month, go to your preferred Yellow Cab branch
• Show your birthday treat coupon, either print-out or screenshot
• Present one (1) valid I.D. with your name, photo and birth date
• Claim your birthday treat and share the good news with your friends!
• Any discrepancies found between your birthday treat coupon and I.D will result in forfeiture of the coupon.

Promo Period is from July 1-30, 2012.
